Definition: 籁息（1822—1864） 匈牙利史学家。1883年前在布达佩斯等地读大学。1884年移民美国，从事百科事典编辑工作。1889年以后历访英、法。1893年起定居英国。所著《匈牙利文学史》，原题《匈牙利文学：历史和批评性的研究》（Hungarian Literature：A Historical and Critical Study），伦敦杰罗德父子公司（London，Jarrold&Sons）1898年出版，1906年再版。
