by 鲁迅母亲大人膝下，敬禀者，十一月十五日信，已早到，果脯等一大包，也收到了。已将一部份分给三弟。
上海近来已较平静，寓中都好的。海婴仍上幼稚园，但原有十五个同学，现在已只剩了七个了。他已认得一百多个字，就想写信，附上一笺，其中有几个歪歪斜斜的字，就是他写的。
今天晚报上又载着天津不平静，想北平不至于受影响。至于物价飞涨，那是南北一样，上海的物价，比半月前就贵了三成了。
