《十月》我没有加以删节，印本的缺少，是我漏译呢，还是漏排，却很难说了。至于《老屋》，是梭罗古勃之作，后记作安特来夫，是我写错的。
《一天的工作》再版已印出，所指之处，只好俟三版时改正。
靖华所译的那一篇，名《花园》，我只记得见过印本，故写为在《烟袋》中，现既没有，那大概是在《未名》（未名社期刊，现已停止）里罢，手头无书，说不清了。
