顷奉到十二月五日惠函，备悉种种。世瑒来就医时，正值弟自亦隔日必赴医院，同道而去，于时间及体力，并无特别耗损，务希勿以为意。至于诊金及药费，则因与医生甚熟，例不即付，每月之末，即开账来取，届时自当将世瑒及陶女士之帐目检出寄奉耳。
弟因感冒，害及肠胃，又不能悠游，遂至颓惫多日，幸近已向愈，胃口亦渐开，不日当可复原，希勿念为幸。
